Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms cover your use of hawcraft.com and the way a project with Hawcraft Labs ("Hawcraft", "we") begins. By using the site, you agree to them. A paid build is covered by a separate written agreement once you decide to continue.

The website

The site describes our services: full-stack development, IoT systems, AI and data engineering, and ecommerce platforms. Pages are for information. They are not a quote and they are not a promise that a particular result, timeline, or price applies to your project.

Prototype first

A new engagement starts with your business idea. We may design and build a working prototype so you can use it and decide. You pay if you like the prototype and want us to carry it into a full system.

  • Sending an idea or asking for a prototype does not by itself create a paid contract.
  • We decide whether we can take the prototype on, and we will say so before work starts.
  • A full build, including scope, price, and timeline, starts only after both sides agree in writing.

Payment

You owe fees only for work you have agreed to pay for. If you do not continue after the prototype, you do not owe a build fee for a full system. Any cost we state for the prototype itself will be agreed before that work starts.

Ownership

The website, its text, and its design belong to Hawcraft. Until a paid agreement says otherwise, the prototype and related materials remain Hawcraft's. When you pay for an agreed build, ownership or license of the delivered work follows that agreement.

You keep ownership of the business idea and of materials you send us. You confirm you have the right to share them.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or a prototype. That includes trying to break the site, scraping it in a way that degrades service, or sending unlawful, infringing, or harmful material in an inquiry.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as available. A prototype is a first version for you to evaluate. It is not a finished product and it is not warranted to be error-free or fit for a live business until a paid agreement says so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Hawcraft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from use of the website or from a prototype you have not agreed to pay for. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute about the website cannot be resolved by writing to us, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
