Privacy Policy
Who we are
Hawcraft Labs ("Hawcraft", "we") is a remote-first engineering team based in India. This policy covers hawcraft.com and messages you send us about a project. Questions go to connect@hawcraft.com.
Information we collect
- Contact details you choose to send, such as your email address, when you use the site form or write to us directly. The form opens your email program. It does not store the message on our servers.
- Project information you include in that message, such as a business idea or a request for a prototype.
- Basic technical data that a host records when a browser loads the site, such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested. We use that to keep the site available and to diagnose faults.
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website. We do not run advertising trackers on these pages.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and, if you ask, to scope or build a prototype.
- To carry out a paid engagement after you decide to continue.
- To operate, secure, and improve the website.
- To meet a legal obligation if one applies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with people who need it to reply to you or to run the site, such as email and hosting providers, or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward so we can refer back to what was discussed. Host logs follow the retention set by the hosting provider. You can ask us to delete an inquiry by emailing connect@hawcraft.com.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold from your messages, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. If you are outside India, you may also have rights under the law where you live. Write to connect@hawcraft.com and we will respond.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the site after that date means the updated policy applies.
